Product Owner / Solution Architect (AI-Native)
Build intelligent, zero-to-one systems that connect human judgment, AI agents, and real-world operations into one coherent orchestration layer.
About Skiffra
Skiffra is building the operating system for intelligent enterprises. We began inside complex physical operations, where every hour lost costs millions, and learned how to connect people, workflows, data, and systems into living intelligence. Now we’re applying those lessons to reimagine how entire organizations think, decide, and execute—from field operations to executive decision-making.
Enterprises today run on slow, brittle systems that bury expertise and create waste. We’re replacing that waste with adaptive orchestration that amplifies human judgment. Skiffra’s platform unites people and AI agents into an evolving network that learns continuously and moves with purpose.
The Role
We’re hiring a Product Owner / Solution Architect to help define and build the earliest versions of Skiffra’s orchestration platform. This hybrid role reflects the reality of intelligent systems: product requirements and architectural decisions are deeply intertwined. You’ll partner closely with customers, engineering, and field teams to translate operational insight into system design, user stories, and working software.
This is a hands-on, zero-to-one role for someone who can hold business logic, system behavior, and workflow design in one head—and move between them seamlessly. You’ll validate ideas on-site, guide technical design, drive delivery, and ensure Skiffra’s platform solves real operational problems with clarity and speed.
What You’ll Do
Own early product discovery and definition for Skiffra modules (starting with finance and operations orchestration)
Architect solutions that merge human workflows, AI agents, and data systems into a coherent, adaptive framework
Translate on-site observations into product direction, embedding with enterprise clients in mining, manufacturing, and related environments
Define the product architecture blueprint for how data, APIs, models, and UI/UX form a scalable orchestration layer
Write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs directly tied to real operational needs
Collaborate with engineering, design, and domain experts to deliver proof-of-concept builds that become foundational platform components
Validate feasibility, refine architecture, and guide iterative delivery with engineering
Measure product impact using concrete metrics (time saved, waste reduced, expertise amplified)
Document workflows, system maps, and repeatable patterns that accelerate team learning
You’ll Thrive Here If You
Think like a systems architect and execute like a startup founder
See complexity as raw material for clarity
Enjoy translating messy real-world operations into crisp logic and design
Care as much about adoption and UX as you do about data flows and system behavior
Navigate seamlessly between strategy, workflow detail, and implementation
Believe in human–AI collaboration over automation-for-automation’s-sake
Run toward hard, ambiguous problems with urgency and taste
What You Bring
Experience designing systems or products in complex enterprise environments (ERP, MES, finance, supply chain, operations, or data orchestration)
Strong engineering foundation: software development, architecture, or systems design
Ability to work across hybrid product–architecture roles with direct involvement in delivery
Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, etc.) and emerging AI frameworks
Excellent system-mapping skills across humans, tools, workflows, and data
Experience leading cross-functional builds from concept through MVP
High learning velocity and the ability to synthesize, document, and teach quickly
Curiosity, humility, and a builder’s instinct
Why Skiffra
You’ll join at the moment when architecture, culture, and long-term equity are still being shaped. You’ll work alongside a small team of product thinkers, engineers, and AI builders obsessed with transforming organizations into intelligent systems that waste nothing and learn from everything.
You’ll see your designs move from whiteboards into operating mines, manufacturing floors, and global enterprises—shaping how people work, decide, and succeed together. This is your chance to help invent the next generation of enterprise systems built around human potential.
