The Role
We’re hiring an AI-native full-stack engineer to help build the earliest versions of Skiffra’s orchestration platform. This role blends classic engineering with agent-guided development (“vibe coding”), where you partner with AI agents to generate, extend, and refactor code at high velocity. You’ll ship fast, validate ideas in the field, and create the scaffolding that lets humans and agents co-develop reliable, production-ready systems.
What You’ll Do
Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, data flows, and integrations
Prototype quickly to test feasibility, architecture, and user value
Develop the tools and structures that allow AI agents to understand, write, and evolve codebases
Design APIs, services, and UI flows that link real-world operations to intelligent decision loops
Ensure prototypes hold up under real operational conditions, including messy data and noisy environments
Debug across layers: agent-generated code, model-driven logic, and human-authored components
Work closely with product, LLM engineering, and data teams to translate field insights into system architecture
Document emerging patterns and best practices for AI-native engineering
